Meta data element	Explanation	TROER implementation
File name	Resource File Name	Name of file uploaded. Can be in English or Telugu Name each video file meaningfully, to provide the topic information in file name. Make sure that the file name has no spaces, under score can be used if required
name_eng	Name in english of the resource	Name of file, given in “Destination file name” during File upload, may be same as ‘filename’. For example a Telugu file name can be given an English name.
description_eng	For descriptions in English of resource	Description of file, given in “file description summary” during File upload
Source	Obtained from	This is the organization from whom this is sourced
Created_by	Author	Name of the individual who created the resource
License	Copyright, will be “CC BY-SA”	Will be indicated on the website, so not required on individual resource pages
Resource_link	Link on repository	This page will be automatically created for any file uploaded.
Name	Chapter / Concept name	This will be the chapter/ concept name as per the Telangana state textbook
Alt names		Multiple file names Will be part of the File page later
Content_org	Sequence within a resource series	If a resource is part of a series
Teaches	What topic	This is a sub-topic of the Chapter/ Concept Name
Based on url	Attribution to any other source – weblink	This is for attribution for any other references. Will be part of the File page later
Requires	Pre-requisites for resource	For every file resource, there will be atleast one activity (lesson) page which will use the uploaded file resource. The pre-requisites should be entered as part of the “activity page”.
