Audio files can be obtained from many different sources such as audio recorders in phone, camera, or laptops. The audio recording in laptops can be done using Audacity which is explained in [[Learn Audacity#Step3|Step 3]] below. Similarly, audio can be recorded in other recording devices and transferred to a laptop to edit them using Audacity.
