It is sometimes useful to create sections in a document to allow for east reading and referencing.  This can be done using the <u>Styles--->Styles</u> and formatting

option.  Select the text you want to mark as a section and then go to the Select the heading level (Heading 1, 2, 3, etc) you want to set it at.  Headings can be at multiple levels to indicate sub-points.  You should create similar section headings in your document.
