Introduction
A screenshot is an image taken by a us to record the visible items displayed on the monitor or other visual output device in use.
Screenshots can be used to demonstrate a program, a particular problem a user might be having, or generally when display output needs to be shown to others or archived.
Screenshot also defined as ""Screenshot" is the term used to describe the action of capturing your computer desktop or anything shown on your computer screen to a static image file"

Functionalities
Use Print Screen- This is the most common method to take screenshots. Pressing the “Print Screen” button will take the screenshot of the “Entire Visible Screen”.
To open "Screenshot" go to Application-Accessories-Screenshot. see above image. | Once you click on the screenshot option. it open the above window. Here there will be three options to take pictures.
Take Screenshot After Some Delay: From above two option you can also set a delay before taking the screenshots. Set the “Grab after a delay” to the required number of seconds. This will be really helpful when we need to take screen shots of navigation.

Once you click on Take Screenshot, it will take screenshot and then it will appear like above image to save the image. Here u can save the image in required folder. by default it will come with the file name includes date and time of screenshot taken. you need to change this as required.and then click and SAVE. |
